More specialists. One accountable partner.
Epix has a core project structure and extends it with vetted specialists and partner teams when a project demands it - so the project gets very specific expertise without the client having to manage several vendors.
Epix remains the single point of contact.
People in the network
Project teams are formed from the Epix core team and a vetted specialist network. Depending on the project we can bring in senior engineers, solution architects, technical leads, backend, frontend and mobile developers, AI and data specialists, DevOps and cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, project managers and business analysts.
The network includes people educated in computer science, software engineering, information systems and electrical engineering, up to master's and PhD level, and specialists with more than 10, 15 and 20 years of experience.
Certifications and standards
The certifications and standards below exist within Epix and its specialist partner network. They are not held by every individual or every company; we list them so it is clear what kind of team can be assembled for a given project.
At organisation level within the delivery structure, ISO 9001, ISO 20000/20001, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 are in place.

QA and testing
Testing follows written test scenarios, both manual and automated, including tests in CI/CD and acceptance testing against criteria agreed in advance. Where required, QA can be run by a team separate from the developers.

- when the client needs extra capacity at short notice
- when a tender requires personnel that has to be evidenced
How it is managed
One contracting party
The client contracts with us; we take on the coordination.
One set of documentation
Reporting, documentation and acceptance are unified, not split per supplier.
Clear boundaries
Who delivers which part is agreed before the start, not during.
Separate references
When we cite partner team experience, it is labelled separately from Epix's own projects.
