When clients usually bring us in

  • the brand no longer matches the ambition
  • the website doesn't generate enquiries
  • content runs out after the first month
  • campaigns can't be measured through to the sale

What this means for you

  • Content made for the channel it will run on.
  • Campaigns measured to enquiries, not clicks.
  • One visual language online, in print and on stage.
  • One team for both creative and technical delivery.

Problem → solution

What else we cover

  • content architecture and topic mapping
  • search intent per page
  • internal linking
  • migrations without losing traffic
  • measurement and monthly reporting
  • continuous optimisation of existing pages

Technical SEO

Crawlability

URL structure, internal links and the removal of dead ends.

Indexation

Which pages belong in the index and which don't, without duplicate content.

Metadata and schema

Titles, descriptions and structured data that tell the engine what the page is.

Redirects and canonicals

During a redesign or migration we preserve the authority the existing URLs have.

Speed and Core Web Vitals

Load speed and layout stability, measured on the devices people actually use.

Search optimisation is three things, not one

The same word covers three different jobs done by different people: the technical state of the site, content that answers questions, and the reputation the site has elsewhere. If one is missing, the others do not compensate.

Technical

Whether a search engine can read the site at all: speed, content without scripts, correct canonicals, redirects and structured data.

Content

Whether the page answers the question someone typed - precisely enough that they do not need another page.

Authority

Whether anyone else writes about you, and whether links exist that nobody bought.

What that means in practice

  • a technical audit with the errors fixed
  • site structure and internal linking
  • titles and descriptions for every page
  • structured data for the organisation, articles and questions
  • redirects during a rebuild, so page authority is not lost
  • speed and layout stability on mobile
  • content that covers the questions people actually search
  • measurement and regular reporting on progress

A rebuild is the biggest risk to visibility

When a company replaces its website, search traffic often drops and never returns. The cause is almost never the design but the URLs: links the search engine already knew now lead nowhere, so it has to start again.

So in a rebuild we first inventory the existing URLs and map each one to its new page, and only then publish.

  • an inventory of existing URLs before the rebuild
  • a redirect from each URL to its proper new page
  • keeping the content that was bringing traffic
  • submitting the new sitemap after launch
  • watching traffic in the weeks after launch

When people call us

  • search traffic dropped after a rebuild
  • competitors rank ahead of you on the same terms
  • the site is new and search engines do not know it yet
  • the previous supplier left without documentation
  • the site is slow on mobile

How we run it

Business goal

What actually has to grow: enquiries, sales, sign-ups or awareness with a specific audience.

Audience

Who decides, what they search for and where it makes sense to reach them.

Strategy and channels

Channels chosen for the goal, not for fashion. Fewer channels, played better.

Creative and setup

Content, ads and landing pages built so they can be measured.

Measurement and optimisation

Tracking

Events, goals and a link to the CRM, so the path from click to enquiry is visible.

Optimisation

Regular adjustment based on data: what brings enquiries and what only brings traffic.

Reporting

A monthly report with findings and recommendations, not just numbers.

FAQ

When do results show?

Technical faults are fixed immediately, and a search engine takes them into account on its next visit. The content side works more slowly, over weeks and months. Anyone promising faster is promising something outside their control.

Can you take over a site built by someone else?

Yes. We first review the technical state and the URLs and tell you what can be fixed without a rebuild and what cannot.
