Creative · Marketing
Digital marketing tied to a business result.
We measure campaigns to the sale, not the click - which is why marketing is wired into the systems you already use.
An ad is the start of the journey, not the result.
When clients usually bring us in
- the brand no longer matches the ambition
- the website doesn't generate enquiries
- content runs out after the first month
- campaigns can't be measured through to the sale
What this means for you
- Content made for the channel it will run on.
- Campaigns measured to enquiries, not clicks.
- One visual language online, in print and on stage.
- One team for both creative and technical delivery.

The full path
Where marketing usually breaks
A campaign brings a visitor to a page that is not ready - or brings someone who is not a buyer. So before advertising we look at where the visitor lands, what they should do there, and how we will know whether they did.
- the goal: an enquiry, a purchase, a sign-up or a visit
- who the buyer is and where it makes sense to reach them
- a landing page that continues the message from the ad
- measurement that shows what led to an enquiry
- channel content you can sustain
- a report that says what to stop and what to increase
What we say before we start
Advertising does not fix an offering that does not work, and it does not substitute for a site that fails to say what the company does. If that is the situation, fix the site and the content first - otherwise you are paying for visits that cannot end in anything.
When people call us
- advertising is running and the result is unclear
- several suppliers run campaigns without knowing about each other
- there is no landing page and the ad points at the homepage
- you are opening a new location or launching a product
- the budget is limited and has to be spent well
What you receive
- a campaign plan with a clear goal
- landing pages and ad copy
- measurement in place before launch
- a report during and after the campaign
What a digital marketing agency does
The term covers very different work, so it is fair to say what we mean by it. Digital marketing is the path from the moment someone first hears of you to the moment they become a customer - and all the measurement in between.
It is not advertising on its own. An advert brings someone to a page; what happens next decides whether the money was spent or invested.
- search and social advertising
- content that answers the questions asked before buying
- visibility in search engines and in AI answers
- email communication with existing customers
- measurement: from impression to enquiry
- fixing the pages the advert leads to
Why advertising often brings nothing
The most common cause is not bad advertising. It is good adverts leading to a page that does not convince, or enquiries nobody follows up.
- the advert leads to the homepage instead of the service page
- the page says nothing about scope, price range or the next step
- the form asks for too much
- the enquiry sits unanswered for two days
- clicks are measured instead of enquiries
So before advertising we look at where the advert leads. If the page is not ready, advertising simply spends the money faster.
How long before it shows
Advertising
Works immediately, but only while it is paid for. Right when you have an offer people already search for and a page that can sell it.
Content and search visibility
First movement in a few months, and the effect remains when the work stops. Right when you are building for the long term.
Visibility in AI answers
A new area where competition is still thin. It requires content written so a model can summarise and cite it.
A combination usually works better than either alone: advertising brings traffic now, content makes sure you are not dependent on it a year from now.
Digital marketing for companies that sell to businesses
When selling to businesses, a decision takes weeks or months and involves several people. A click on an ad is therefore not a result. The result is an enquiry sales can work with, and a trail showing which campaign brought it.
- campaigns measured to enquiries, not clicks
- landing pages with a clear enquiry form
- enquiries connected to the CRM
- content that answers decision-makers' questions
- regular reporting on what brings enquiries
Agency, in-house team or a mix
An in-house team knows the product well; an external partner brings tools and experience from several markets. In larger companies a mix usually works best: strategy and measurement stay in-house, while campaigns, content and technical site work go to an external partner.
What it means that we are an agency that also builds
Most agencies can produce an advert and measure it to the click. When it turns out that the page the advert leads to is not convincing, or that the enquiry never reaches the right person in the company, the work stops, because that is development. We have development in house, so we can also fix what sits behind the advert: the landing page, the form, the CRM connection and the report for management.
- advertising on Google, social networks and trade media
- landing pages and forms we can change right away
- enquiries connected to a CRM or internal system
- a report that counts enquiries, not just clicks
How we start
Review
We look at what is already running: accounts, campaigns, pages, measurement and where enquiries come from today.
Goal and measure
We define what success is: the number of enquiries, their quality and cost per enquiry, and how we will measure it.
First round
We set up campaigns and fix the pages they lead to. We measure from day one.
Ongoing work
A monthly review: what brings enquiries, what stalls, what we change next.
Taking over existing campaigns
Campaigns do not have to be rebuilt. We take over existing accounts, keep their learning history and fix what the measurements show to be weakest. The client stays the owner of the accounts, even if the cooperation ends.
What this page covers
Digital marketing is the umbrella service connecting strategy, content, the website, SEO, email, advertising and analytics. It suits companies that need a whole demand generation system, not only paid campaign management.
How we run it
Business goal
What actually has to grow: enquiries, sales, sign-ups or awareness with a specific audience.
Audience
Who decides, what they search for and where it makes sense to reach them.
Strategy and channels
Channels chosen for the goal, not for fashion. Fewer channels, played better.
Creative and setup
Content, ads and landing pages built so they can be measured.
Measurement and optimisation
Tracking
Events, goals and a link to the CRM, so the path from click to enquiry is visible.
Optimisation
Regular adjustment based on data: what brings enquiries and what only brings traffic.
Reporting
A monthly report with findings and recommendations, not just numbers.

FAQ
How do you choose a digital marketing agency?
Ask how they will measure enquiries rather than clicks, who will work on your account and whether they can also fix the pages the ads lead to.
Do you run advertising on Google and social networks?
Yes. We run advertising on Google, on social networks and in trade media. We choose channels based on where your client is, not on what is currently popular.
Can you take over campaigns another agency is running?
Yes. We take over the existing accounts and their history, so you do not lose the campaign learning data. The accounts remain your property.
What do you measure if not only clicks?
We measure the path to an enquiry: who arrived, what they saw on the page, how far they got, whether they submitted the form or sent an email. A click is an intermediate figure, not the goal.
Do you also advise without running the campaigns?
Yes. We review the existing advertising and measurement and write down what we would change. Whether we or your team carry it out is your decision.

A few sentences are enough: what you need, for which process or system and by when. We will reply by email.
