An event that lives on afterwards.
Aftermovie, per-session recordings and short-form content for publishing.
When clients usually bring us in
- you're preparing a product launch
- you need a company film
- you want a steady content cadence
- an event needs to be filmed and edited
What this means for you
- Content delivered in every format at once.
- One shoot day, months of publishing.
- A crew that also understands event technical requirements.
Event content is made during the event
The usual mistake is to start thinking about content after the event. By then you have what the crew guessed you needed, not what you actually need. If the purpose is known in advance, the same crew in the same time also captures material for posts, statements and a recap.
- an event recap for the website and channels
- short cuts from talks and presentations
- participant statements, filmed during the break
- photographs published the same or next day
- a recording of the full programme for the archive
- material for promoting the next edition
What we need before the event
- the programme with times and running order
- who the speakers are and which parts matter
- what has to exist afterwards and by when
- whether filming the speakers is permitted
- a floor plan and crew access
When people call us
- the event went well but exists only in people's memories
- next year you will have to sell the same event again
- sponsors expect material showing their presence
- photos arrive a week later and nobody cares
What you receive
- an event recap and short cuts
- a selection of photographs within an agreed deadline
- participant statements
- a recording of the programme for the archive

Do you also prepare short-form for social?
Yes, we cut vertical and shorter versions from the same material.
