Multi-episode production is a schedule, not a shoot
For a single programme the measure is the film. For a series the measure is repeatability: every episode has to be made the same way, with the same look and sound, at the rhythm the broadcast schedule dictates. If one episode slips, every episode after it slips.
So in television production you set the production calendar first and talk about cameras second.

Our multi-episode experience
We shot and edited seven television programmes for Miss Slovenije over roughly one month. For the programme Champ Sprememba we carried out the television shoot over roughly two months.
What that means in practice: the rhythm where the next episode is being shot while the previous one is in the edit is our normal way of working, not an exception.
