Why one team instead of four suppliers
At an event with several suppliers, most problems occur not inside a single discipline but at the seams between them: who brings the signal to the screen, whose sound feeds the cameras, who hangs the light above the stage and who answers when something fails. Every supplier is right, and the problem remains.

At an event there is no second chance, so what matters more than the equipment is what happens when it fails. We plan redundancy where a failure would be visible to the audience - the signal to the screen, content playback and speech reinforcement.
