Events · LED
LED screens for events of any size.
From a conference screen to a large stage wall. We take on the structure, signal processing, content and the crew - not just panel delivery.
800+ m² of LED technology in use.
When clients usually bring us in
- you need a larger LED setup
- the event needs multi-camera production
- the programme has to be streamed
- you're juggling several technical suppliers
- you want one team for the whole delivery
You're not just renting a screen
Alongside the panels we can take on the structure, rigging, signal processing, vision mixing, content preparation and the crew for the whole programme.
What this means for you
- one team for the screen, the signal and the content
- a setup adapted to the room and the programme
- redundant signal paths on the critical parts
- the option to change scale even shortly before the event
Problem → solution

Launch events
A large wall as the central visual element of a product launch.
Corporate events and galas
A setup adapted to the room, the seating and the flow of the evening.
Concerts and stage productions
A stage wall with live camera feed and content, synchronised with lighting.
Fairs and exhibitions
Screens on the stand with content running all day.
Sport
Showing the action and results, plus sponsor content.
Use cases
Conference
A main wall with speaker and sponsor graphics.
Concert
LED scenography and live visuals.
Trade show
A stand screen with looping content.

How much LED you actually need
Enter the room dimensions and viewer distances. The tool shows how large a screen makes sense, which pixel pitch still works at those distances and what the venue has to provide. We work with a P2.0 pitch - the only screen this fine in Slovenia. The figures are for planning; the technical plan sets the final values.

Stage and height
The same detail from the same distance. The rule: the minimum sensible viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch in millimetres - P2.0 works from two metres, P5.0 only from five. The comparison illustrates the ratio between pitches; it is not a photometric measurement.
Why the difference is not only pixel pitch
When offers are compared, it is usually just the price per square metre. Below are seven properties that separate a screen that works at an event from one that causes problems, at identical surface area. All of them can be checked before signing - ask about them even when we are not the ones delivering the event.
| What | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Pixel pitch | It sets how close a viewer can stand. P5.0 needs at least five metres; closer than that the pixels show and the edges of text and logos go jagged. It is most obvious in photographs and close-ups of faces, where skin breaks into squares. |
| Refresh rate | The image can look steady to the eye while the camera sees something else. Panels with a low refresh rate show dark banding and flicker on recordings, and no amount of editing removes it. If the event is filmed, streamed, or the screen is the background of a television shot, this is the first figure to check - and the price per square metre does not reveal it. |
| Brightness | In a bright room, next to glass walls or under strong stage lighting, a panel with lower brightness washes out. The same content looks grey, contrast collapses and dark areas merge. In daylight the difference is at its largest. |
| Colour uniformity | If panels are not calibrated or come from different production batches, a large wall shows squares of slightly different shades. It stands out most on flat backgrounds, on white and on brand colours - exactly where a client notices it. |
| Power draw | Less efficient panels draw more power for the same brightness. That means more circuits at the venue, more heat in the room and more constraints on the setup - at smaller venues it is often the deciding factor. |
| Signal processing | The screen is only part of the chain. The processor decides how content is mapped to the wall's resolution, whether sources can be switched during the programme and what happens if the signal drops - whether the wall goes black or holds the last frame. |
| Spares and an operator | At an event what counts is not the datasheet but whether there is a spare panel, a spare processor and someone who can act during the programme. That is the difference between a ten-minute interruption and a cancelled item. |
What to ask a supplier
What is the pixel pitch and the refresh rate? What is the brightness of the panels? Are the panels from one batch and calibrated? Who provides spare panels and a spare processor? Is an operator on site throughout? The answers to those five questions say more about an offer than the price per square metre.
How rental and delivery work
Suitable for
We choose the configuration for the room, the programme and the audience size, not from a price list.
Configurations
Possible setups and equipment scale, adjustable even close to the event.
Delivery and installation
Transport, rigging, connection and testing on site.
With or without an operator
You can take the equipment on your own or with our technician for the whole programme.
Compatibility
Alignment with other suppliers' equipment on site and with your content.

FAQ
How big a wall do we need?
It depends on the room and the viewing distance. We propose the size and pixel pitch from the floor plan and the programme.
Can the scale change shortly before the event?
Yes, we have done exactly that. It affects the structure, processing and crew, so it should be confirmed as early as possible.
Can you prepare the content for the screen too?
Yes. We can produce the content, or take yours and adapt it to the right resolution and aspect ratio.
