Epix develops software, AI solutions and automation for companies and the public sector. We can deliver projects end to end - from analysis and UX/UI to development, integrations, QA, infrastructure and long-term support.
Alongside technology development we provide video, television and technical event production, so on projects that require it we can connect the digital and the physical part of delivery.

Clients
Selected clients
Experience with clients from the private sector, public administration, industry, technology, automotive, tourism, retail and international markets.
Who we are
Multidisciplinary project delivery
Epix brings together several specialist disciplines, combined into the appropriate project team according to the requirements of each project. A client can deliver a single project module with us or the entire scope - from requirements analysis and technical design to development, production, rollout and support.
Technology development
Information systems, web and mobile applications, portals, APIs and system integrations.
Our own products
BeatLogic.ai and Smart Venue Platform are developed, run and maintained in-house.
Production
Television and video production, photography and technical event production.
Project starting point
We start from the business problem
We do not fix the technology in advance. First we review the existing process, systems, data, constraints and the goal of the project. Then we determine whether the right answer is software development, integration, automation, AI or a combination of approaches.
If employees enter the same data into several systems, process requests by hand, prepare reports or repeat administrative steps, we assess where the process can be automated.
What usually solves it
Where we've delivered it
Kwizmo Development of an enterprise AI platform for business process automation.01 - Delivery areas
Core capabilities
Each area can be delivered on its own or combined with the others into a single project. Every area has a sub-page with the detailed scope of work.

Selected delivered projects
Projects from different areas show the types of solutions and the range of capabilities we can bring into a single delivery.

03 - Products
Our own digital products
BeatLogic.ai is a SaaS product for central management of music and promotional content across multiple locations. Smart Venue Platform is a modular platform for managing physical venues: user registration, visits, reservations, memberships, stock, administration and analytics. Both products are developed, operated and maintained in-house.
04 - Technology & AI
Software and AI over existing data
We build custom software for processes where off-the-shelf products are not enough, or where several existing systems have to be connected. AI solutions are tied to the client's own data, documentation and information systems, with defined data sources, permitted actions and access rights.
05 - Complex projects
Projects with multiple modules and teams
For larger projects we appoint a project manager and define the project structure, team responsibilities, deadlines and reporting. The team can be extended with specialist contractors. We can also take over an existing system or an unfinished project after reviewing the code, architecture and data.
06 - Public sector
Digital solutions for the public sector
For public clients we develop information systems, web and mobile applications, portals, interactive solutions, system integrations and digitalisation or AI projects. The scope can include requirements analysis, technical design, development, data migration, integrations, QA, security requirements, technical and user documentation, user training, handover and maintenance under an agreed SLA.
07 - Creative & digital channels
UX/UI, websites and content systems
UX/UI design, websites and portals, branding, SEO and GEO optimisation, content systems and digital campaigns. On software projects, design sits inside the same project team.
08 - Events
Technical event production
We provide LED systems, video processing, multi-camera vision control, sound, lighting, live streaming, stage technology and technical crew for corporate events, conferences, product launches and other demanding productions. We can deliver a single technical module or coordinate several systems and crews.
09 - Sectors
Sectors we work in
Before designing a solution we review the process, systems and constraints of the specific sector: public administration, retail and visitor venues, tourism, manufacturing, education and professional services.
10 - Project delivery
Project delivery with a single point of contact and coordination
On multidisciplinary projects Epix coordinates between the client, the core project team and specialist contractors. The client does not have to coordinate development, AI, UX/UI, infrastructure, production and other technical modules separately.
Team size is defined by the requirements, deadlines and complexity of the project.
11 - Audits
Analysis before delivery starts
When the scope is not yet defined, we run a bounded analysis of the process, systems, data and technical constraints. The result is a delivery plan with a defined scope, risks and a proposed sequence of steps.
Tool
Outline solution diagram
Three questions produce an outline diagram: where the data connects, which process steps can be automated and where AI fits in. The diagram is a starting point for a conversation, not a quotation.
12 - Engagement
How the engagement is organised
Full delivery or a single module
Epix can take on the entire delivery or a single project module. On larger projects we define a project manager, team responsibilities, deadlines, communication and reporting.
Multidisciplinary project team
The project structure follows the required capabilities. It can include business analysis, architecture, UX/UI, development, AI, data, DevOps, QA, security, documentation and production.
Taking over existing systems
A project does not have to start with us. Before taking it over we review the source code, architecture, infrastructure, data and available documentation, then prepare a stabilisation or development plan.
Support after rollout
After go-live we can take over monitoring, defect resolution, an SLA, technical and security updates and further development.
13 - FAQ
What clients
ask first.
Can you take on just part of a project?
Yes. We deliver the whole project, a defined workstream, or extend your team.
Do you take over existing systems?
Yes. We review the code and architecture, stabilise the critical parts and agree what to keep.
How do we start if the scope is not yet defined?
With a bounded analysis of the process, systems and data. The result is a delivery plan with a defined scope, risks and a sequence of steps.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Code, documentation and access are part of the handover.
What happens after rollout?
Monitoring, defect resolution, an SLA, technical and security updates and further development within an agreed scope.
Do you work outside Slovenia?
Yes. We operate in Slovenia, Serbia and the USA, and run projects in Slovenian or English.
14 - Contact
Tell us about your project
Send the basic information about the project goal, the current situation, the key requirements and the expected deadline. If you have technical, project or tender documentation, you can attach it with the first enquiry.
A finished technical specification is not required for a first conversation.
